"BEWARE THESE TWO ARE VERY CONDESCENDING AND RUDE. I first contacted Kate and Kelly about buying a new home and at first all was good until I started to ask questions. They were brushed off at first and than as we kept searching for homes and I was told that I would have to get a new pre-approval with a higher purchase price, now mind you I was already looking in the price range of 450-500k. I asked as to why there were no homes within my price point and they told me that the market was too crazy, I asked a second time and this time went online to search for homes and easily found homes to fit my price range, the second time I asked they told me that "my deal was NOT worth their time" and never picked up my calls after that point, they told me "I need to be REALISTIC and OPEN MY EYES". I hardly ever write negative reviews, I just want anyone who comes in contact with these two to be aware of what they're in for."

"Kelly and Kate were very understanding of my complex buying situation and helped me at every step of the way. They answered every question I had for them in a very friendly manner. They took me on a tour of Tellico and showed me the houses within my price range. I would recommend them to everyone I know that’s buying/ selling!"
